Oxnard college Classroom renovation and Seismic Upgrade

The seismic upgrade and renovation project converted the former college library and learning center into a flexible, multipurpose facility containing twelve classrooms, computer labs, meeting spaces and student services. The project involved a voluntary seismic upgrade and renovations of the outdated two-story facility, built in the 1970’s, including modernization of the fire alarm, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, information technology, lighting, accessibility, and waterproofing systems as well as a new, automatic fire sprinkler system.
